Remote Work Eligibility : This position is eligible to work remotely no more than 50% of each workweek. However, in the short term, the HR Analyst is expected to be in the office daily for the first 4 weeks. Future remote work arrangements may be discussed after hire based on dynamic business needs. Additionally, the HR Analyst must live within 200 miles of Martinez, California. These policies are non-negotiable.
Minimum Qualifications :
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills, and abilities would be :
Experience : Two (2) years of progressively responsible full-time human resources experience performing recruitment and assessment, and / or classification and compensation work.
AND
Education : Possession of a Bachelor's Degree from a college or university with a major in human resources management, business, industrial psychology, public administration or closely related field.
