As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will be a key player in driving excellent customer experiences and ensuring our store looks its best. You will lead and support a team of associates, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed while executing company merchandising processes effectively.

What You'll Do :

• Implement and maintain store merchandising standards according to visual direction, tailoring it to meet the specific needs of our store.
• Ensure that the selling floor is well-organized and displays products in a clear, appealing way for customers.
• Oversee product levels on the sales floor by remerchandising and replenishing based on sales trends and seasons.
• Train and coach your team on merchandising standards, ensuring all associates adhere to company guidelines.
• Manage pricing activities, guaranteeing accurate price and sign changes throughout the store.
• Provide training on product knowledge and merchandising standards in line with Kohl's values.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to manage inventory and ensure efficient merchandising of incoming products.
