Location is flexible. We have three locations : Milton, Buford, & Buckhead.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities : Your Mission

  • Own the customer experience from quote approval to installation with care, confidence, and creativity.

  • Key Tools & Tech

  • Slack, ServiceTitan, Google Workspace, and Monday.com / High Level (you’ll live in these apps!).

    Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, HubSpot) and workflow tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Monday.com).
  • Confident navigating and learning new software quickly — a natural problem-solver with a digital mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks without letting anything slip.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and culture contributor — someone who brings energy and elevates the room.
