Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager is responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of an assigned ERM Program in partnership with the ERM Leadership team. Supports leadership in the planning and execution of ERM initiatives to support the assigned ERM Program and collaborates with leaders across the Risk Management Organization (RMO), business units, and control functions to support ERM Program execution and oversight. Serves as an advisor to the ERM Leadership team and drives critical support activities including but not limited to, preparation and associated materials for meetings with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Unit Leadership, BURM Leadership, BUCRO Leadership, Risk Program Owners).

1. Proficiency in risk framework, committee governance, and risk reporting policies
2. Demonstrated project management skills
3. Previous experience in enterprise risk programs / policies within financial services setting
