OVERVIEW DESCRIPTION :
The Account Coordinator is a client focused role, responsible for providing support and proactively managing and optimizing the accounts for the clients they work with. The Account Coordinator will address all needs of the clients, including routine payroll data entry as well as assisting with general client inquiries. This position requires strong desire to provide excellent customer service, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of iSolved.
The Account Coordinator is also responsible for providing first level support for incoming calls from the phone queue. The Account Coordinator role is a frequent point of contact for our clients and will make a powerful positive impression with every encounter.
