Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, part-time position is available to provide specialized services within a K-12 school setting located in La Jara, CO. This contract role supports a caseload of approximately 60 students, with responsibilities spread over four days a week, Monday through Thursday. The expected contract end date is May 27th.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct support and interventions tailored to the diverse needs of K-12 students.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized plans.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for assigned caseload.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and guidelines throughout the contract term.
