This dual-role position includes operating excavation equipment and driving commercial vehicles to support residential well and water system projects. Key Responsibilities

Safely operate excavators for trenching, digging, and site prep in residential settings

Drive commercial vehicles with manual transmissions to transport materials and equipment

Perform basic maintenance and service on vehicles and machinery, including oil changes

Support jobsite activities as needed beyond excavation and driving

Maintain clean equipment and a professional appearance at all times

Follow all DOT and safety regulations

Assist team members with general labor when not operating equipment

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators and driving commercial vehicles

Valid New Hampshire CDL (manual transmission)

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment maintenance

Clean driving record

Physically capable of outdoor work in various weather conditions

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Professional appearance and pride in keeping equipment clean and well-maintained
