Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can identify new opportunities and open doors with both manufacturers and rep agencies in the building products ecosystem.
You’ll run outbound campaigns, engage with decision-makers, and set qualified meetings for our leadership team. This is a performance-based role designed for someone who thrives on results, enjoys autonomy, and wants uncapped earning potential tied directly to success.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Sales to refine messaging, target ideal accounts, and expand Baucore’s footprint across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach (phone, email, and LinkedIn) to manufacturers, independent rep agencies, and related firms.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their current systems (Oasis, RepFabric, Agile, Cahill, Hubspot, Salesforce, custom CRMs, etc.) and identifying workflow gaps.
- Book qualified discovery meetings with decision-makers (Principals, VPs, and Operations leaders).
- Manage outreach cadence and activity tracking within CRM.
- Follow up on warm leads and re-engage prior contacts.
- Contribute feedback to help refine messaging and outbound strategy.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently booking 15–20 qualified meetings per month.Building credibility with both manufacturers and agencies.Helping the team convert conversations into new accounts and lasting partnerships.What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience (B2B preferred).Background in construction, lighting, electrical, or building materials a strong plus.Excellent communication and discovery skills.High activity level, persistence, and ability to work independently.Interest in SaaS, Salesforce, and digital transformation for the built environment.Compensation
