About Your Role :

As a Network Operations Analyst, you can look forward to immersing yourself in a complex global environment, having the opportunity to work with multiple network technologies including routing, switching, SDWAN, firewall, load-balancing, and automation. Your primary responsibilities include incident response / troubleshooting, and break / fix engineering for a large-scale global network / security infrastructure.

What you'll do :

• Support a global enterprise multi-vendor network consisting of 20,000+ Network and Security Devices
• Provide advanced level troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve network / security related incidents across a wide array of technologies and platforms
• Engage, drive and escalate issues with multiple network / security vendors related to incident management
• Assist with client testing / troubleshooting, new implementations and disaster recovery testing
