Responsibilities :
Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectivesCuts, weighs, or measures ingredients according to provided instructionsPrevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and in designated areaMonitors the temperature of food and food storage areasCleans, sanitizes, and maintains cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishesAdheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurantWash all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glassesCorrectly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areasQualifications
Required Qualifications :
Must have experience cooking over high heat using a saut panSkilled in building dishes with multiple layers consistentlyMust be able to prepare multiple high-quality dishes with speed and precisionHighly skilled in preparing sauces and ingredientsPossess great listening skills with an eagerness to follow directionsMust be able to work well as part of a team and independently, while maintaining a high level of accountabilityAbility to function well in a fast-paced environmentDesired Qualifications :
