Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-tiered applications using languages such as Java, C#, and JavaScript.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure project alignment.
- Participate actively in all phases of projects from conception to delivery.
- Create and document both user and technical specifications for development projects.
- Provide support for end-users on both internally developed and purchased software, including after-hours assistance on a rotating schedule.
- Work with Database Administrators to design and modify database structures using MS SQL.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications :
One of the following : A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS), or 3-5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.Experience in application development with Java, C#, and / or JavaScript.Solid understanding of HTTP and web protocols.Proficiency in object-oriented and / or functional programming paradigms.Knowledge of relational database design, preferably MS SQL Server or MySQL.Ability to build RESTful web services and n-tier distributed systems.Experience with source control systems, preferably Git.Competence in writing and debugging SQL queries and stored procedures.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot or .NET Core.Understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience in building microservices.Developing cloud-based applications and services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).Experience with containerized platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural patterns.Front-end development experience using Angular, React, or Next.js.Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DocumentDB.Benefits :
