JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : Inside Counter Sales Rep

Job Reports To : Parts Manager

Exempt or Non-Exempt : Exempt

Full-Time or Part-Time : Full Time, day shift and afternoon shift available

Job Summary :

Position with primary responsibility for sales and customer service for inside Parts sales.

Essential Job Functions :

• Counter / Phone Sales
• Meet sales and gross profit margin goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed.
