Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of 1 week of coverage for an employee / family based clinic in Springfield, OH.

Dates : November 4, 5, 6, 7

Hours :

Tuesday 11 / 4 / 25 8 am to 4 pm with lunch 1-1 : 30

Wed. 11 / 5 / 25 7am to 3 pm with lunch 1-1 : 30

Thursday 11 / 6 / 25 8 am to 5 pm with lunch 1-1 : 30

Friday 11 / 7 / 25 8 am to 12 pm no lunch

Primary care to employees and their family - ages 2+

No occ med

2 MA's on site to assist

$85 per hour

Malpractice, shadow date and module training paid

Requirements :

Must have 2+ years experience as FNP in primary care

Must be BC

Must have active OH licensure

Must have clean background check
