We’re looking for a Creative Director - Copywriter to join our Campaign team. In this role, you’ll not only bring sharp, culture-shaping ideas to the table—you’ll also lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives. You’ll set the creative vision, ensure consistency across channels, and create the conditions for the best ideas to thrive. From film and social to OOH and activations, you’ll guide campaigns that spark attention, build connection, and move culture—while building the talent that makes it all possible.

You’re obsessed with what’s next in creative tech and media; a tinkerer who experiments with new platforms and AI.

You have your finger on the pulse of culture and love spotting what’s relevant before it hits mainstream.

You know how to give constructive feedback, rally a team around a vision, and hold a high bar for creative excellence.

You’re collaborative, humble, and thrive in fast-moving, cross-disciplinary teams.

Nuts and bolts :

You have 10+ years of copywriting experience, with a strong focus on campaign work, ideally at an agency or in-house creative team.

You have proven experience managing and mentoring writers and art directors, with a track record of building teams and nurturing talent.

You know how to partner with strategy directors, account directors and executive producers to bring campaign ideas to life across touchpoints.

You can help establish the creative platform and voice for campaigns, and ensure ideas stay sharp and consistent through execution.

You have deep experience and mastery writing for and working on production, from treatments and scripts through to final edits.

You can provide clear guidance and feedback to writers, art directors, designers, and production partners.

You’re comfortable defending creative work with a strong point of view and thoughtful rationale.

You’re curious, driven, and hungry to push both yourself and the team further.
