Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis at our long term care facility in Omaha NE. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and support to our residents ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers ensuring safe and proper techniques.
• Monitor and record residents vital signs such as blood pressure temperature and pulse.
• Communicate effectively with residents families and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Accurately document care provided and any changes in residents condition.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents fostering a positive and respectful environment.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Nebraska.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move residents stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work on a PRN basis including weekends and holidays as needed.
