We’re one of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices in Madison, Wisconsin, and we’re offering an incredible opportunity for a Real Estate Recruiter ! This is a full-time role for a driven, dynamic, and “non-selling” recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Relocation to the Madison market is required and supported if needed.

• They skillfully leverage the Growth Initiative tools to meet and exceed expectations for recruiting appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability.

Compensation

Compensation :

$110,000 - $125,000 OTE
