• Work 4x12 hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• 48 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours as needed with standard expectation of every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Float requirements as needed / customary upon request
• Patient ratios typically 4-6 : 1
• Care for 50% Medical / 50% Tele adults only
• 2 years of Telemetry experience required
• Required certifications : NIHSS, BLS, ACLS
• Work with standard nursing equipment on Telemetry unit
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Dress code requires black scrubs
• Must be a team player with superior communication skills and focus on positive patient outcomes
• Contract duration 13-26 weeks with up to 5 days requested time off per 13-week period
• Expected to work at least one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day)
• Perform direct patient care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
