What Youll Do

• Lead preventative maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee repairs groundskeeping and snow removal.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to stay on budget.
• Supervise the environmental services and housekeeping teams.
• Help create a safe welcoming and beautiful environment for residents and staff.
