Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and a KY license for a day shift role.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a hospital nuclear medicine department
  • Day shift schedule with 5x8 hour shifts from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM
  • Position may require floating to other units as needed
  • Siemens equipment is used in the department
  • Return staff must wait 2 years before being eligible to travel with this facility
  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • Modules are completed during orientation and annually, with an average of 2 hours
  • Backgrounds may be considered with explanation

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a nuclear medicine technologist
  • KY license is required; License required if applicable
  • NCT or CNMT certification preferred
  • ARRT certification preferred
  • Experience with Siemens equipment is required
  • Must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler
  • Two professional references required
  • Copy of driver's license and SSN required for consideration
