Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring reliable timelines, defined roles, and documented workflows

Design and maintain systems for trainer management, Zoom moderation, and local organizer coordination

Lead and delegate tasks to remote support staff while tracking performance and accountability

Required Qualifications

Experience in operational ownership of complex programs with multiple stakeholders

Background in continuing or professional education, workforce development, or corporate learning roles

Proven ability to design or rebuild operational systems for improved reliability and scalability
