Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated, self-starting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to support and help grow our Water / Wastewater Practice in Iowa . This role requires a strong background in potable water infrastructure , including treatment, storage, and distribution systems. Ideal candidates will bring experience managing projects from conceptual planning through design, bidding, permitting, and construction, with a particular focus on delivering safe and reliable drinking water to communities.
Projects within our Water group include raw water supply (well and surface water intakes), potable water treatment facilities, pumping systems, elevated and ground storage, transmission and distribution networks , and regulatory compliance with state and federal drinking water standards. Wastewater projects may include treatment plant design, collection system assessments and rehabilitation, pump / lift stations, and process / mechanical piping systems. The Project Manager will also be responsible for client relationship management and mentoring junior team members.

Must possess a current, valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and have the ability to obtain licensure in one or more other states in which HR Green conducts business. The employee must be capable of driving / operating a motor vehicle for company business, and maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
