The Role

As our founding Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and Design. You'll own the end-to-end recruiting process for critical hiresfrom sourcing and outreach, to guiding candidates through a best-in-class experience, to closing talent in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs across engineering, product, and design.
• Build and manage full-cycle recruiting processes to deliver a high quality pipeline of technical talent.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent, especially in AI / ML engineering.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring teams, ensuring alignment and a smooth process.
• Own metrics-driven recruiting : track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and conversion rates to optimize outcomes.
• Represent our company brand and values in every candidate interaction, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
• Collaborate with People / HR to continuously improve interview processes, evaluation methods, and building a team with a wide range of backgrounds and a culture where everyone can thrive.
