Responsibilities

  • Lead the product segment strategy for hydrogen and electrolyzer technologies, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to guide product development from concept through commercialization.
  • Define product requirements, specifications, and performance targets based on customer needs and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with development milestones and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding product segment updates.
  • Support business development efforts by providing technical insights and product roadmaps to customers and sales teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment across engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.
  • Track and report KPIs related to product performance, cost targets, and launch readiness.
  • Contribute to sustainability and innovation initiatives within the hydrogen product portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or manufacturing, preferably in energy, chemical, or industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of hydrogen production, fuel cells, or electrolyzer technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market analysis and product costing.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
