Pay : $24 / hr | Contract-to-Hire | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventative maintenance
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and property policies
• Communicate effectively with residents and property staff
