Product Designer (Contract) Job at Moveworks in Mountain View

As a key member of the Product Design Team, you will be responsible for delivering business critical visual experiences to empower our Enterprise Stakeholders and end users. Your work will enable companies to leverage the Moveworks AI Platform to support their employees in many creative ways.

You are a self-driven designer that is constantly thinking about how experiences function and are perceived, as much as how it should look. You enjoy turning complex technical workflows and tasks into delightful magical experiences.

This role will constantly challenge you to identify the biggest pain movers for Enterprise product visual designs. You will work alongside the best in class product designers, product managers, and engineering teams. • Work in a cross-functional team to inspire, define and build delightful visual designs and enrich established design systems for product experiences
• Rapidly produce strong conceptual and expressive design that is engaging and reflect a cohesive visual style and tone
• Seek out creative opportunities to improve on existing style(s) and approach
• Execute on product experiences from developers and admins to all end users, with implications across product boundaries of other platforms
• Inspire your teammates, give and receive feedback, and critique respectfully
• Contribute to evolving design systems and processes to scale production efforts
