Job description

A large West Virginia-based healthcare system is seeking a Medical Oncologist for an outpatient practice setting.This community hospital is a 247-bed facility serving a 10-county region in southern West Virginia and southwestern Virginia.

About the Practice :

  • The office is currently staffed with 1 Hem / Onc and 3 Nurse Practitioners
  • 4-day clinic and 1-day admin
  • On-site infusion center
  • Average 15-20 patients / day
  • No Call (24 / 7 hospitalist)
  • Community practice with Academic Appointment through WVU

Compensation / Benefits :

  • Salary $550,000 + productivity bonus
  • Sign-on bonus and Retention bonus
  • Relocation allowance
  • PTO - 24 days plus ALL federal holidays off and floating holidays
  • CME - 5 days off / $6,000 allowance
  • Medical / Vision / Dental / Life / Disability Insurance
  • Paid malpractice
