Bettaway is a leading Supply Chain Services company primarily servicing CPG brands with a core focus on food and beverage. Bettaway Traffic Systems is the 3PL which offers clients a complete managed services solution. Bettaway contracts with established carriers to provide equipment availability, quality service, competitive rates and real-time tracking and information.
Job Duties :
- Coordinate and dispatch carriers on all managed transportation accounts
- Develop relationships with dedicated (contracted) carriers, monitor tender acceptance, service and volume.
- Perform daily operational tasks such as creating orders, allocating product, and managing shipper’s schedules
- Proactively communicate issues to internal and external stakeholders and provide real time solutions as needed
- Collaborate with Traffic leadership to source new carrier partners into the network
- Assist with status and tracking updates as requested
- Perform other assigned operational tasks as assigned by Traffic leadership
