Job descriptionManaging kitchen staff Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations Conducting audits and training as needed Managing inventory, budgets, & labor Developing menus Ensuring that nutritional requirements for patients are met timely Attending care conferences Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards Assessing residents' individual dietary needs and preferences Developing / updating dietary plans in consultation with healthcare professionals

Qualifications
- Certified Dietary Manager Certification or current enrollment in a certification course approved by the Dietary Managers Association
- ServSafe Certification required within 90 days of employment
