The Bridges and Structures Practice is seeking a Bridge Task Leader / Senior Bridge Engineer in Spokane, WA .

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned bridge engineer who's ready to step into a highly visible leadership role, leading complex infrastructure projects, mentoring rising talent, and influencing how communities connect and grow.

You'll work on a wide range of projects, from long-span highway bridges to transit structures and rehabilitation of aging infrastructure, bringing creativity, technical depth, and vision to every phase of project delivery.

What You'll DoKey Responsibilities :

Lead Transformative Projects

• Serve as a senior technical lead on bridge and structural projects for highway, rail, and transit applications.
• Manage the full project lifecycle-from preliminary studies and TS&L reports to detailed design, estimates, and construction support.
• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry standards for quality, accuracy, and constructability.
