Field Service Engineer / Maintenance Mechanic – Manufacturing

RemX is hiring a Field Service Engineer to join our team supporting manufacturing machines and automation systems . This is a hybrid role offering both remote tech support and U.S. travel for installations, service, and customer training.

Responsibilities :

Install, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and automation equipment
Provide remote and on-site technical support
Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
Travel nationally 20%–50% to customer sites

Requirements :

3+ years in field service, tech support, or related role (or a technical degree)

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with schematics, PLCs, and motion control systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Benefits :
