Brookwood have an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading Live Event Production Company, operating on a Global scale. With an exciting new programme of work, there is a Data & Program Manager opening to support delivery for major sporting events ahead across multiple venues for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the US.

This is a hybrid data management and coordination role overseeing how signage and branding is delivered across large-scale venues. The person will collect and interpret data to support decision-making, track progress, and optimise logistics for branding rollouts. Its a pivotal role working between design, operations, finance, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage data on design, production, and installation progress across venues

Create regular progress reports and dashboards

Coordinate timelines, resources, and communication between teams

Use data to identify risks, delays, or improvement opportunities

Track budget usage and provide financial forecasting

Support vendor coordination and performance monitoring

Essential Skills & Experience

1+ year experience in data, project, or programme coordination

Strong Excel or dashboard / reporting tool knowledge

Highly organised with attention to detail

Experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendors

Ideally has experience inevents, signage, or branding projects

Familiar with tools likeAsana, Monday.com, Smartsheet
