Job Summary
Join our insurance team providing high-level customer service and support for a full suite of Property & Casualty insurance products, including Workers' Compensation, ERISA bonds, BOP, and EPLI. This role involves assisting clients, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to internal teams and external clients regarding insurance products and services.
- Research, identify, and resolve client inquiries or escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls related to Property & Casualty and Workers' Compensation services.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
- Stay current on product updates, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
- Participate in projects, process improvements, and ongoing training.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.2 years of experience in customer service or insurance.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using multiple internal systems (e.g., HRIS, Online Reporting).Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
