Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate freight quotations for inland and international transportation services. Analyze cost structures, carrier rates, and operational data to ensure profitability and competitiveness. Coordinate with carriers, agents, and vendors to validate and update rate information. Develop rate proposals and assist with customer tenders and submissions. Maintain and update pricing databases, cost models, and rate sheets. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to adjust strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all pricing activities. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to address pricing inquiries and support business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 1–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, or international shipping preferred. Strong understanding of Incoterms and international shipping processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines. High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with TMS, ERP, or pricing tools a plus. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
