Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a full-time role for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing services to students in grades K-12 during the 2025-2026 school year. The role is based in Loves Park, IL, serving an elementary through high school population. This contract position requires 37.5 hours per week and involves working directly with pediatric populations in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication development.
  • Complete accurate documentation and progress reporting.
  • Participate in professional development activities throughout the school year.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement.
  • Experience working in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within school settings.
  • Familiarity with speech and language evaluations, therapy strategies, and related educational regulations.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
