A company is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator who will support daily HR operations and manage employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates onboarding / offboarding logistics and maintains accurate employee records using Workday
Manages HR service requests and escalates complex cases via ServiceNow
Participates in cyclical project work and supports ongoing process enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or shared services
Hands-on experience with Workday (HRIS)
Experience with ServiceNow (ticketing / workflow)
