Job Title : Automotive Sales Associate

Location : Hyundai of Vacaville – Vacaville, CA

Salary Range : $3,000 to $12,000 / month (Hourly + Commission + Bonuses)

Job Description :

Hyundai of Vacaville is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team! As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering a first-class dealership experience. No previous car sales experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Compensation :

This is a non-exempt, hourly position that pays $16.50 / hour plus commissions and bonuses , with a monthly earning potential ranging from $3,000 to $12,000 , depending on performance.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot

Listen to customer needs and help identify the right vehicle options

Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits

Guide customers through the sales and financing process

Build strong customer relationships and follow up after the sale

Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years old

Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Must be able to work weekends and evenings
