A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal, Employment Law Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute internal investigations into employee matters, ensuring fairness, rigor, and confidentiality
Oversee employment law compliance workflows, including federal and state filings, reporting, and documentation
Handle EEOC, DOL, and state agency proceedings, from initial charge to resolution, with minimal reliance on outside counsel
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in employment law, legal operations, or workplace investigations
Proven ability to manage compliance programs and handle EEOC or state-level agency proceedings
Demonstrated experience with high-volume legal or HR compliance environments
Tech fluent, able to leverage AI tools and legal ops systems to optimize workflows
Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
