Job descriptionAt least two years of experience required. FQHC experience is ideal. Work 32-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with one possible later shift (11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM). Salary : $110,000–$135,000 DOE. Quality incentive bonus and three weeks PTO. Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, LTD / Life / AD&D, malpractice insurance, federal and state loan repayment, and CME. sheila@teedco.com

- Provide family medicine / primary care in an FQHC community health center.
- Potentially participate in some urgent care shifts.
- See approximately 24 patients per day.
- Adhere to a call schedule every six weeks.
