Job descriptionConduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness. Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field. Current registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations preferred. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
