We are looking for a dynamic bilingual (English - Spanish) individual with experience in personal tax preparation and customer service skills to provide the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare personal tax returns
• Provide exceptional service to clients, building trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Address the different communication channels of the company.
• Ensure the use of tax preparation software, CRM, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to carry out procedures related to customer service.
• Guarantee timely payment for services sold.

Experience

2 years of experience in personal tax preparation.

Willingness to work a full-time office position and additional shifts during tax season, to oversee operations and assist clients personally.

Experience in accounting will be a plus.
