Senior Analyst - FP&A & Accounting (Construction Focus)

Location : 5 days in office

Compensation : $90,000-$110,000 base + Potential Bonus (under discussion) + Full Benefits (Health, PTO, 401K with match)

We're working with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization to find a Senior Analyst who will initially split their time between accounting and FP&A, with a long-term transition into a fully FP&A-focused role. This position will support project-level financial analysis and reporting, making construction or job costing experience essential.

Role Overview :

• Perform job cost analysis and financial modeling for active and upcoming projects.
• Prepare and report financial statements (this responsibility will phase out as the role shifts fully to FP&A).
• Model contribution margins for current and bid-stage jobs.
• Analyze material usage, equipment rentals, and utilization of owned assets.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (e.g., revenue per hour, utilization rates).
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
