Accounts Payable Accountant

Responsibilities : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Process vendor invoices and subcontractor pay applications in a timely and accurate manner.Manage import and approval of miscellaneous invoices related to project(s) and process prompt payments. Support monthly owner billing process, review for inaccuracies, and include appropriate support documents for rectified payment. Accurately match invoices to purchase orders or project numbers. Prepare check runs and assist with payment approvals. Maintain accurate accounts payable files and documentation in accounting and project management systems.
