Day to day as a Utility Assistance Specialist

As a Utility Assistance Specialist at Miami Valley Community Action Partnership, you will engage in a variety of impactful tasks that support community members in need. Each day, you can expect to conduct assessments of client needs, process applications for utility assistance, and provide guidance on available resources. You will communicate with utility providers and local agencies, ensuring that clients receive timely support. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to protocols that prioritize safety and integrity. Collaboration with team members and participation in training sessions will also be part of your routine.

Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, allowing you to have a consistent work-life balance while fulfilling your mission to serve the community.
