Assistant Manager

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following :

• Believing and living Zaxby's mission statement and Core Values
• Adherence to company's policies and guidelines
• Enhancing each guests' experience and exceeding their expectations
• Training incoming crew members and continuous training with current crew members
• Supervise all FOH and BOH operations
• Build and maintain positive work relationships among crew members
• Report directly to the General Manager
• Perform daily administrative activities
• Follow all safety and maintenance procedures
• Assist in the direct supervision of 15-30 employees
• Assist with increasing sales by providing outstanding product and service
• Assist in providing Team Members with the appropriate training
• Varied schedule - work lunch, dinner and weekends
• Ensure a clean, organized restaurant, prepared to deliver quality food and Encore service.
• Have a good working knowledge of all equipment; assist in preventive maintenance of units
• Communicate openly and honestly with subordinates, superiors and all others.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
