The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Digital Engineering (DE) organization is hiring proactive Mid‑Level or Senior Engineering Technical Specialists to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team on-site in Everett, Washington .
In this role you will manage and improve PLM processes and tools that support current production and development programs, while helping to drive the Enterprise Digital Engineering strategy. You will support multiple PLM functions and teams across the DE organization, balancing day‑to‑day production support and maintenance with the design and delivery of advanced, future‑state capabilities. This position works directly with enterprise and global engineering teams, and partners closely with IT, to execute the Digital Engineering roadmap across all Enterprise and BCA programs.
Position Responsibilities :
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Level 3) : $90,100 - $121,900
Summary Pay Range (Level 4) : $108,800 - $147,200
Summary Pay Range (Level 5) : $128,350 - $176,650
