Job description

A company is looking for an Outreach Representative to support residential energy efficiency programs in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage partnerships with property managers, owners, and industry stakeholders

Generate leads for residential program pathways and track outreach actions to meet goals

Collaborate with the internal team and external partners to address production planning and outreach activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy-efficiency outreach or sales

Proven success in engaging with property owners and management

Ability to manage projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact
