Job descriptionSpecialty : Trauma / Critical Care NP / PA Providers needed : 2 NPs or PAs Reason for need : PARTIAL PARENTAL (maternity) LEAVE COVERAGE Target Start Date : 8 / 6 (all creds documentation would need to be returned by 8 / 4 to make this work). Provider would need to go through orientation The goal would be to start by 8 / 6 with temporary privileges. However, there is a chance that the creds could take 30-45 days to complete. Schedule : 7 on / 7 off 7a 5p Job Details : Busy service line Patients per day : 7 10 Never without a surgeon and there are 1-2 other APP providers as well for support No call is expected WA state-licensed only WA DEA No procedures or assisting in surgery is required. They will simply be rounding on trauma / critical care patients. Physicians perform procedures Rounding and assessing in ER rounding on patients in the morning, helping with discharge plans, etc 2 3 years of Acute care / trauma team experience is ideal. The provider needs to be comfortable and able to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment Team interviews with the surgeons in the practice Travel costs are billable but capped.
