Location
Hiring full-time position in New England - Hybrid Remote. This position involves frequent travel to client and vendor meetings and events across New England. Applicants must be based in the New England area and able to commute to Boston, Southern Maine, and other locations as needed.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of our brand and how to convey our voice and personality throughout pitches and proposals
Find the fun in solving design and experience challenges of all sizes that address project goals & requirements
Contribute to an innovative and creative environment
Collaborate with sales to deliver on overall client objectives with the goal of winning
Clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices in a storytelling fashion
Ensure successful delivery of concepts, free of errors and inconsistencies
Contribute to various levels of pitch decks
Maintain and regularly update supplier and resource libraries for all services
Utilize and drive pricing strategies to deliver competitive pricing while maintaining creative edge
Bring passion to in-person pitches with compelling concepts and engaging style
Understand the competitive landscape and pricing models
Liaise with operations teams to ensure supplier service levels are met or exceeded
What We Need
Minimum of 3 years of experience with destination management, agency, graphic design, corporate event design, catering, production, or related discipline
Experience infusing creative touches to go the extra mile
Participate in presentations, pitches and client meetings, inspiring confidence in your creative ideas and ability to deliver on them
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop proposals from concept to client delivery
A strong portfolio reflective of your creative experience and style
Outside-the-box thinking that pushes creative boundaries

Expert level skill in Canva, Social Tables & Microsoft Office
Strong conceptual and design skills with a robust portfolio
Proficiency in enhancing programs with a range of standard services, including transportation, staffing, tours and dine-arounds
Ability to work well under pressure, with good judgment and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated track record of clear design direction and meeting deadlines
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Visual Communications, Fine Arts or Design
