Key Responsibilities Develop and execute seasonal merchandising and product strategies for headwear collections. Partner with designers and production teams to select materials, colors, trims, and finishes aligned with brand and seasonal direction. Manage product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including sampling, costing, and vendor coordination. Align product assortments with market trends and sales insights. Provide creative and technical input on embroidery, printing, and heat-transfer decoration. Research trends, competitor products, and consumer feedback to guide innovation. Support cross-functional initiatives for new product categories beyond headwear. Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in merchandising or product development in apparel / fashion. Strong understanding of headwear design, trims, and decoration techniques. Hands-on experience with embroidery, screen printing, or heat transfer. Excellent communication and project management skills; collaborative team player. Fluent in Korean (required). Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or related field preferred. Passion for design, innovation, and product excellence.
