Our client, a respected Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney with at least six years of construction litigation experience to join its Construction Practice Group in the Scottsdale office.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy, including file management, motion practice, depositions, and case strategy development. Candidates should possess strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills, along with a proven ability to manage complex litigation matters independently.

Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills, as well as a strong work ethic and commitment to client service. Prior experience with insurance defense litigation or related processes is highly desirable.
